The Hive Pizza is a local family owned business where we cook pizzas in our 650 degree brick oven to create a perfect light and crispy crust. We use premium ingredients including 00 fine flour for our dough and imported Italian tomatoes for our homemade sauce. In addition to great pizza, we make fresh wings in house.
It was our mission to bring high quality pizza to Southwest Atlanta. Growing up in the area, we were tired of eating low quality corporate owned pizzas. Our family wanted to bring a new concept to our local community that has always supported us. Our brick oven cooks pizzas within minutes at temperatures soaring over 650 degrees. We are using 100% fine Italian double zero "00" flour for our dough. Everyone knows, the crust and the char is what makes the pizza and we at The Hive Pizza make sure every pizza has just the right amount of char.
We also make fresh wings and our pizza sauce in house. We use imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes. Everything is made to order by Chef Johnson. Chef Johnson is bringing his 15 plus years of cooking expertise to Southwest Atlanta. We are right off Cascade, Martin Luther King Drive, on Fairburn Road in a newly built gas station. We consider ourselves a high end hole in a wall. Try us soon.
